About The Position

Responsible for all inside sales functions including but not limited to inbound/outbound communication and the processing of sales documents and represents Marco and its interests with the highest regard to customer satisfaction in a professional manner. Must understand customer’s current needs and anticipate future customer requirements. Engage with customers to ensure their orders are filled. Closes orders and ensure proper documentation is complete. Ensures sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development. Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability. Maintain the customer relationship throughout the sales process and during service delivery. Build and utilize sales funnels along with tracking to help with reporting. Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you will be the single point of contact. Maintain a high level of visibility and communication with the customer to help ensure we’re providing exceptional customer service. Forecast business on a rolling six-month cycle and manage the GAP between forecast and target. Working with existing customers for new orders Planning/organizing and follow up skills —the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans and follows up to ensure compliance. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities. Performs any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to communicate on the phone 90 percent or more of shift.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to give special attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiating abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Attention to details.
  • 5+ years’ experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Extensive use of a computer.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows preferred.
