Island Way Sorbet is seeking an experienced, high-impact East Coast Sales Director to lead sales growth across the Eastern United States. This role will be responsible for expanding distribution, increasing velocity, strengthening broker and distributor partnerships, and growing grocery accounts across the region. The ideal candidate brings deep food and beverage sales experience, strong relationships across the East Coast market, and a proven record of building brands through disciplined execution, account management, and strategic selling. This leader will own regional sales performance, develop go-to-market plans, and work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to deliver profitable growth.
