Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive national business development strategy aligned with the overall goals and objectives of RX Destroyer.
Develop sales representatives got to market skills and approaches.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Analyze competitors and market conditions to stay ahead of industry changes.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Set and achieve sales targets for the national market and individual sales team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Negotiate and close high-value deals.
Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the national business development activities.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the strategy.
Manage Sale pipeline and lead activation.
