Requirements

Bachelor's degree
10 or more years of progressive experience in sales and business development with material handling, warehouse solutions automation industrial equipment, or a closely related industry
A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership and people management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
Detail oriented and highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidential information

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Warehouse Solutions sales strategy and annual sales plan to achieve revenue, gross profit, market growth, and strategic account objectives.
Lead the creation and execution of annual business plans for each Sales Consultant, including territory strategy, target accounts, pipeline development, prospecting expectations, revenue and gross profit goals, and professional development.
Partner closely with Operations Leadership to ensure effective handoff of sold projects from sales through project execution, installation, commissioning, and ongoing customer support.
Build executive relationships with key customers, maintain visibility on strategic accounts, support the Toyota Customer Satisfaction Program, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and the broader Warehouse Solutions sales team through clear goals, performance expectations, regular feedback, and succession planning.
Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling’s values, mission and purpose of “Helping People Carry the Load” to ensure we are customers’, vendors’ and associates’ “Indispensable Partner”.
