About The Position

We’re hiring a Founding Sales Lead—the first commercial hire in the region. This is not a passive management role. We’re looking for a true hunter-builder: someone who carries a quota, wins new logos, and leverages their network to land our first critical deals, while also building the foundation for long-term regional growth. Your Mission (Year 1) 80% – New Revenue Generation: Drive net-new business and secure the first 5–10 flagship, referenceable clients across the USA 20% – Market Setup: Establish the operational backbone—partnerships, initial go-to-market structure, and brand presence tailored to the region. You’ll operate like a startup within a scale-up, owning both growth and groundwork from day one.
