Your Mission (Year 1) 80% – New Revenue Generation: Drive net-new business and secure the first 5–10 flagship, referenceable clients across the USA 20% – Market Setup: Establish the operational backbone—partnerships, initial go-to-market structure, and brand presence tailored to the region. You’ll operate like a startup within a scale-up, owning both growth and groundwork from day one.
