Requirements

  • 6 plus years of enterprise SaaS, software, technology-enabled services, or benefits administration sales experience with ownership of complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong knowledge of public pension, Taft-Hartley or multiemployer funds, retirement administration, health and welfare benefits, pension risk transfer, or related insurance and retirement services.
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline and closing strategic new business, expansion, cross-sell, and modernization opportunities.
  • Experience leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving formal procurement and long decision timelines.
  • Ability to engage and influence executive buyers and functional leaders, including trustees, executive directors, fund administrators, CIOs, COOs, operations leaders, and benefits leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer challenges into compelling value propositions, solution strategies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills.
  • A self-directed, collaborative approach with disciplined use of CRM, forecasting, account planning, and sales methodologies in a national, remote environment.

  • Experience across the broader retirement technology ecosystem.
  • Experience selling pension or retirement administration, health and welfare benefits administration, claims, member or employer portals, pension risk transfer, analytics, or related enterprise technology.
  • Experience leading or participating in RFPs, trustee or board presentations, workshops, enterprise demonstrations, and executive forums.
  • Familiarity with modernization programs involving legacy replacement, cloud platforms, APIs, data and analytics, workflow automation, digital self-service, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Experience combining sales success with business solution, domain consulting, or pre-sales capabilities.
  • Established relationships with retirement consultants, benefits advisors, system integrators, industry associations, or other Pension & Retirement influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex enterprise sales pursuits across the Pension & Retirement market, focusing on new logo and strategic growth opportunities with public pension systems, Taft-Hartley and multiemployer funds, retirement organizations, benefits administrators, and related stakeholders.
  • Own the pursuit from pipeline creation through close, bringing market knowledge and sales discipline to move complex opportunities forward.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for complex Pension & Retirement opportunities, from pipeline creation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and execute account and pursuit strategies across new logo, expansion, cross-sell, and modernization opportunities.
  • Establish credibility with trustees, executive directors, fund administrators, benefits leaders, operations executives, CIOs, consultants, advisors, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Lead consultative discovery and create value-based narratives that connect Majesco solutions to operational efficiency, member experience, modernization, compliance, risk reduction, cost management, and transparency.
  • Partner with Business Solutions Consulting, Product, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations to drive solution alignment, demonstrations, business cases, and win strategies.
  • Navigate complex buying cycles involving RFPs, formal procurement, board or trustee approvals, workshops, solution evaluations, pricing reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Generate pipeline through targeted account-based selling, industry relationships, consultants and advisors, partners, conferences, and proactive market outreach.
  • Maintain disciplined account planning, CRM management, forecasting, competitive positioning, risk identification, and next-step control while bringing market insight back to Majesco.
