About The Position

A subsidiary of UGI Corporation, UGI Energy Services supplies and markets natural gas, liquid fuels, renewable natural gas, and electricity to 42,000 customer locations across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern US. We are a supplier, marketer, and midstream services provider - one backed by 135 years of natural gas experience, plus our own expanding energy infrastructure. Along with buying and selling energy commodities at the wholesale level, UGIES owns and operates key midstream natural gas assets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
7+ years in commercial energy sales, including team leadership and process/throughput management.
Strong process and operational sales-management capability.
Ability to hold a team to pricing and margin discipline.
Sufficient product and program knowledge to coach reps through standard questions.
Campaign and list-based selling and conversion management.
Working knowledge of pricing and demand-charge fundamentals.
Ability to travel to customer sites.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage segment throughput, including quote turnaround, quote-to-close conversion, and accurate deal setup.
Enforce margin and pricing standards, escalating only genuine exceptions (load-factor anomalies, factor errors) to complex-pricing support.
Run periodic proactive and targeted sales campaigns against curated customer lists.
Own renewal management for the segment, using lighter-touch or automated communication where appropriate.
Ensure reps can answer standard program and pricing questions without routing each one to support, reducing rework and delay.
