About The Position

As the Sales Director, Healthcare, you will define and execute the growth strategy for a high-performing Healthcare business spanning Payers, Providers, and Life Sciences. Reporting as a sales executive, you will lead first-line sales leaders and strategic individual contributors, own regional business performance, and partner across the executive team to accelerate growth. You will serve as an executive sponsor for key customers, shape go-to-market strategy, and help customers leverage AI-powered customer experience transformation to achieve measurable business outcomes. Requirements

10+ years of enterprise SaaS, cloud and AI sales leadership with a history of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue objectives.
5+ years leading enterprise sales organizations, including leaders of leaders and strategic individual contributors.
Deep expertise across Healthcare Payers, Providers and Life Sciences, including industry trends, regulatory considerations and buying motions.
Demonstrated success creating and executing enterprise go-to-market strategies and organizational growth plans.
Executive relationships with C-suite healthcare leaders.
Experience sponsoring complex transformational opportunities with executive stakeholders.
Strong operational rigor in forecasting, pipeline governance, inspection cadence and performance management.
Experience leading organizational change, succession planning and executive talent development.
Executive communication, influence and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree required
30–40% travel.

Allocate investments and resources to maximize long-term growth.
Present executive business reviews with actionable recommendations.
Serve as executive sponsor for strategic healthcare customers and partners.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and industry influencers.
Leverage healthcare expertise to shape customer transformation strategies and measurable business outcomes.
Provide market intelligence that influences product, pricing and GTM strategy.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Legal and Alliances.
