Requirements

Demonstrated ability to articulate products and/or service offerings for organization.
High level of technical knowledge of software and infrastructure products and services and knows when to engage additional resources.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5+ years of software sales management experience.
Relevant experience in technology required.

Responsibilities

Hold overall responsibility for the district sales, third party alliances and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that improves Commvault’s opportunities across all product solutions.
Act as a strong coach, mentor and educator for all Sales Reps within the District.
Manage a team with a cross section of accounts across a specified district, containing mostly complex named accounts.
