Matchnode is a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused almost exclusively on digital health and healthcare companies. We’re at a point in our growth where founder-led sales is no longer the right long-term model. This role exists to change that. We’re hiring our first non-founder sales leader to own new business development and help transition Matchnode away from founder-led sales. This is a net-new logo role. You will run the sales motion end to end, from first conversation through close, and then hand off accounts to our account management team once a deal is signed. You’ll work closely with our founders early on and gradually take full ownership of the sales process, bringing in subject-matter experts from strategy, media, creative, or technical teams as needed to support discovery and closing. This is a consultative, high-trust sales role selling professional services, not a transactional or high-volume outbound role.
