In this opportunity, you will: Lead an overlay sales organization focused on driving adoption and revenue growth for SafeSend, SurePrep, and Additive solutions across aligned segments. Execute a targeted Accelerator strategy that complements core sales motions, enabling deeper product penetration and specialization. Partner with front-line Sales Directors and Managers to embed Accelerator priorities into territory plans, pipeline development, and customer engagement strategies. Drive performance across pipeline generation, product attach rates, cross-sell, and expansion for designated solutions. Own visibility into overlay pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior sales leadership. Translate product strategy, market opportunity, and customer needs into actionable sales motions and enablement priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to align messaging, campaigns, and execution. Foster a high-performance, influence-based sales culture that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and results without direct ownership of all customer relationships.
