This role is for a Sales/Digital Manager in Minneapolis, MN, requiring hybrid work with 3 days on-site. Experience in the healthcare domain is a must.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles
- Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership
- Strong understanding of software development, digital platforms, and modern SDLC practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of discretion
- Healthcare Domain experience is a must
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy.
- Oversee operations, program management, and transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with VP level and senior leadership.
- Leverage strong understanding of software development, digital platforms, and modern SDLC practices.
