As a Sales Development Specialist, you will contribute to sales growth by partnering with Territory Managers, Account Managers, RVP & DVP (Sales Partners) to advance their sales strategies by proactively identifying with key players within targeted accounts, providing information to act strategically and enabling our Sales Partners to increase customer-facing time. This person should display a positive attitude and project a willingness to help, while consistently providing accurate information to our customers and Sales Teams. As you develop in your role as a Sales Development Specialist you will be expected to contribute to the success of Shaw Industries by possessing a thorough understanding of product knowledge, go-to market strategies, and customer service for your assigned geographic territory. You will be expected to generate business intelligence for accounts, contacts, and projects to help grow your territory's sales. You will be the direct point of contact for your aligned sales team and act as a liaison to all of Shaw’s Supply Chain partners.
