We are looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a leading Utah-based HR company that makes it easier for small- and mid-sized businesses to employ people by streamlining payroll, employee benefits, HR, safety, and workers’ compensation services. As a SDR, you will be on the front line of this HR company's growth. Your mission is to connect with CEOs, founders, and HR leaders at high-potential companies, educate them on the ROI of partnering with the company, and secure qualified discovery calls for their Account Executives. This is a high-energy, metrics-driven role: expect 100-200 outbound calls and 40+ personalized emails per day with a target of 5+ sales-qualified meetings booked each week.
