About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take ownership of the full sales pipeline, from outbound prospecting to closing high-ticket deals. This is a revenue-driven role, ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in high-performance environments and is motivated by directly impacting revenue growth. This is not a traditional SDR role focused solely on booking meetings, you will be expected to drive deals forward and contribute to closing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable)
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals
  • Excellent cold calling, discovery, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience selling services (preferably in tech, AI, or automation)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and/or ZoomInfo
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a revenue-first environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct discovery calls and identify client pain points
  • Present and position AI automation solutions effectively
  • Handle objections confidently and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Close high-ticket deals and contribute directly to revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for prospecting
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and messaging
