Position Summary Cylinder Health is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team, sitting within marketing and working in close partnership with sales. This role is responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting while serving as a key bridge between Marketing and Sales. You will prospect into and engage HR and benefits leaders at large employers, along with benefits consultants and health plan partners, to create new opportunities and provide real-time feedback on messaging and market response. This is an opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, curious, and excited to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
