About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is at the forefront of our growth efforts, responsible for generating and nurturing opportunities with top-producing real estate agents and teams nationwide. You’ll focus on booking high-quality intro calls for our sales team, strengthening referral activity from our existing agent community and driving attendance to Side events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into sales at a fast-growing real estate and technology company, with exposure to some of the most successful agents in the industry.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing experience (real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to engage and influence top professionals.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building relationships over phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and helping agents grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Generate & Qualify Leads: Book intro meetings for our sales team by engaging with high-potential agents through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media, and networking).
  • Foster Community Referrals: Build strong relationships with our existing community of Side partners and help drive referral opportunities from their networks.
  • Drive Event Engagement: Proactively reach out to top-producing agents and industry leaders to secure attendance at Side-hosted events, activations, and experiences.
  • Pipeline Support: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects for Account Executives by conducting research, prospecting, and qualification.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align outreach efforts with campaigns, events, and strategic priorities.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Commit to a daily activity target of 75+ phone touches, in addition to email and social outreach, to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • CRM Excellence: Accurately track and report all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Benefits

  • This position is eligible for uncapped commission, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000+ annually.
