Requirements

• 3+ years of preferred experience in technical sales, POS systems, retail, or related customer-facing sales environments
• Hardware or software troubleshooting experience is a plus
• POS Systems experience is helpful
• Computer skills
• Comfortable sitting at a desk for extended periods and standing for longer periods during trade shows.
• Aligns with a positive, wholesome workplace that values integrity, professionalism, and respectful communication.

Nice To Haves

• Understands or is willing to learn retail technology, with hardware or software troubleshooting experience considered a plus.
• Builds trust by listening well, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding customers without high-pressure tactics.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective retail customers through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person conversations.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations of StoreLIVE! point-of-sale software solution.
• Learn customer operations and recommend solutions based on their business needs.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in line with customer requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Build long-term customer relationships through honest, consultative communication.
• Travel to customer locations and trade shows throughout the Eastern U.S., with occasional nationwide travel and minimal overnight stays.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support customer success and implementation needs.
