About The Position
Achilles is an applied-AI company building agents for HR teams that hire the world’s deskless workforce. Our flagship agent, Sam, owns the entire hiring pipeline—creating resumes, running multi-lingual voice & text interviews, and scheduling final interviews with hiring managers, all without human intervention. By giving every candidate an instant, fair shot and surfacing the right talent fast, we strengthen America’s frontline industries—from manufacturing plants to quick-service restaurants. We're building our sales org to evolve and improve constantly: every call, email, and demo is a fresh data point; we test, adjust, and level-up until we’re unbeatable. Over the past year, that loop has forged a rock-solid, founder-driven engine—laser-focused ICP, messaging that lands, and a playbook that converts. Now we’re throwing gasoline on the fire and looking for driven, bold hunters who want to shape company strategy, smash quota, and grow into top 1% sellers while evangelizing agent-powered hiring to the operators who keep the real world running.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a quota-bearing hunting role (SDR/BDR, door-to-door, etc.) or equivalent record of competitive excellence.
- Consistent history of smashing activity and meeting goals.
- Crystal-clear written & verbal communication; you make complex ideas land.
- Organized and strategic—your CRM, calendar, and priorities are locked in.

- Familiarity with HR tech or frontline industries.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline from zero: research, prospect, sequence, call, text, DM, and book demos you’ll eventually close as an AE.
- Spearfish strategic accounts: develop multi-threaded relationships with operators and HR leaders.
- Travel to conferences & plant floors: demo Sam live and lock in next steps on the spot.
- Feed the product loop: relay market insights directly to engineering so we win faster.
- Adapt daily: jump on any fire that accelerates company growth—startup life!
