Working directly with the CEO and SVP of Sales, you will drive pipeline for $500K+ ACV enterprise contracts. Requirements

  • Possesses 1-2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role with a proven track record of generating consistent outbound pipeline.
  • Demonstrates high resilience and a competitive "winner" mindset, comfortable making 100+ cold calls a day and handling frequent rejection.
  • Exhibits strong high-agency traits, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-intensity, on-site San Francisco environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline for $500k+ ACV enterprise contracts.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify high-value revenue opportunities and partner with senior sellers to convert them into ARR.
  • Build and optimize the company's outbound engine by testing new playbooks, identifying target account lists, and scaling successful channels.
