Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry or related field is a plus
Ability to work in a nuanced industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
Hunter-gatherer mentality toward sales

Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities by evaluating leads and qualifying them based on predefined criteria
Keep up to date with home care industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges, including serving as an expert on VA and Medicaid opportunities
Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outbound sales targets and KPIs
Utilize Zoho CRM to track sales activities and pipeline progress
Utilize Salesloft daily to run outbound cadences
Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers
Attend trade shows and other events to network and promote company services, with approximately 10% annual travel expected
