About The Position

ZeroFox is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up. You will collaborate closely with our sales executives to deliver pipeline and contribute to the growth of our innovative digital risk protection platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has excellent communication skills with an eagerness to learn and succeed in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales, preferably within technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about cybersecurity threats and risk management solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage potential customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Research and understand prospect needs to tailor messaging effectively.
  • Work alongside Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and opportunity progression.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
