Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make continuous and deeply human care possible. This role will own high-intent inbound demand and convert interest into qualified pipeline for the US sales team. You will run live conversations and product demos with clinicians, practice managers, and operators, earning trust quickly and setting a high bar for how Heidi shows up. You will deconstruct how medical practices operate, identify pain points, and diagnose where Heidi creates real value. You will qualify and route opportunities with speed and precision across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships. You will build deep product mastery to answer questions in the moment, not defer or deflect. You will maintain clean notes, clear context, and strong handoffs so nothing is lost downstream. You will continuously improve how we qualify, message, and respond to inbound demand as volume and complexity increase.
