About The Position

Sales Development Representative – Townsquare Interactive Location: In-office role at our Downtown Phoenix Office Uncover New Opportunities & Build Your Sales Career! This role is centered around developing new business opportunities from the ground up. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be trained to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients—building a strong foundation in prospecting and sales strategy. Through hands-on training and ongoing coaching, you’ll hone your ability to uncover client needs, position solutions effectively, and guide prospects through the full sales lifecycle. As you grow in the role, you’ll take ownership of the entire process—from first conversation to closing new business—bringing on new clients and directly impacting company growth.

Requirements

  • A self-starter mindset with a drive to learn and grow
  • Confidence and resilience in outbound prospecting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Curiosity and coachability

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
  • A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching
  • Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform
  • Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results
  • Conduct virtual demos and close new business
  • Focus on new client acquisition (no account management)
