About The Position

Everlaw is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who embodies the company values of attention to detail, setting one's own bar, and egoless communication. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting the Sales team's efforts to acquire new clients while developing the foundational skills needed for a successful career in software sales. You will become proficient in researching potential customers, articulating compelling reasons for them to engage with our Sales Team, and understanding firsthand how your contributions generate opportunities for the company. We are looking for an SDR who is not only curious but also agile and adaptable to the evolving needs of the business. The Sales team often serves as the initial point of contact for prospective Everlaw clients, and they are dedicated to making these interactions memorable and impactful, whether through timely follow-ups, cold calls, or expo booth visits. The Sales department focuses on delivering excellence throughout an organization's diligence process for improving litigation and discovery workflows. This includes demonstrating genuine curiosity in discovery calls, conducting highly tailored demonstrations and presentations, and curating compelling proofs of value to ensure new customers have a clear path to success. Everlaw's sales team fosters a unique environment, characterized by engaging team-building activities like themed calling competitions, days of service with local non-profits, and participation in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Both representatives and leadership are committed to authenticity in the workplace. Everlaw's mission is to promote justice by illuminating truth. The company boasts an open and vibrant culture, with a strong commitment to the professional development of its team members, offering an annual learning and development stipend and regular career goal check-ins with managers. We encourage individuals who are passionate, possess integrity, think big, and have a desire to learn to apply, even if they don't meet every single qualification. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Oakland, California office, operating on a hybrid schedule: in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays.
