About The Position

Vizcom is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in San Francisco. This role is critical for driving the sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and appointment setting. The Sales Development Representative will support the global sales team and generate new meetings, working from the San Francisco office 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Understanding of outbound sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to changes.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to spend 2-3 days per week at our office in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities through outbound email, social media, and calling.
  • Help the sales team reach out to inbound leads and set meetings.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives.
  • Track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to establish and test lead generation strategies.
