About The Position

The Sales Development Rep is responsible for driving admissions growth in markets served exclusively by the virtual program. This role conducts high-volume outreach to providers, community partners, and potential referrers to generate qualified leads and convert interest into scheduled assessments. Through consistent follow-up, relationship building, and clear communication of clinical offerings, the Sales Development Rep expands awareness of OCD Anxiety Centers and helps virtual programs meet or exceed census goals. Primary markets include, but are not limited to, assigned areas in California, Washington, and Virginia.

Requirements

  • Active book of business required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a virtual sales or outreach role preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and cultivate relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated sales skill, prospecting discipline, follow-up consistency, and objection-handling ability.
  • High comfort level with virtual communication tools, including video calls, phone systems, email, and messaging.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to complete accurate and efficient electronic data entry.
  • Consistent punctuality and excellent attendance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to complete responsibilities.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Regularly sit, stand, talk, hear, type, and view computer screens for extended periods while completing inside sales outreach, CRM documentation, and provider follow-up.
  • Use a reliable computer, phone or headset, camera, video platform, CRM system, Microsoft tools, email, messaging, and other approved systems.
  • Communicate by phone, video, email, and messaging with referral sources, providers, community partners, Admissions, Marketing, Regional Directors, and other internal departments.
  • Maintain reliable power, internet access, and a professional workspace appropriate for confidential business communication.
  • Manage high-volume outbound communication while maintaining accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and referral source records.

Responsibilities

  • Complete 500 outgoing phone calls to referral sources each week, based on available technology and supervisor direction.
  • Complete 100 outbound emails to referral sources each week.
  • Conduct 20 virtual meetings with referral sources each week.
  • 6 Tours per month based on available technology
  • Host 1 event per month.
  • Use ZoomInfo drip campaigns to achieve a minimum 1% response rate.
  • Achieve the admissions ramp: Month 1 training; Month 2 continued training, appointment scheduling, and 1 admission; Month 3 2 admissions, then follow the standard admissions cadence as assigned.
  • Document every interaction in Salesforce, including calls, texts, emails, Teams meetings, follow-up tasks, notes, referral source updates, and new contacts.
  • Achieve weekly outbound call goals to referral sources as set by your supervisor.
  • Introduce OCD Anxiety Centers and the Virtual IOP program to referral sources and community partners.
  • Identify providers treating OCD, anxiety disorders, and related clinical populations.
  • Conduct needs analysis to evaluate referral relationships and identify how the Company can support each provider or organization.
  • Educate referrers about services, patient suitability, clinical outcomes, and the referral process.
  • Address and resolve objections or concerns referrers may have.
  • Schedule virtual introductory meetings and complete follow-up calls, texts, and emails to maintain engagement and build long-term referral relationships.
  • Meet with providers via Teams to educate them on OCD Anxiety Centers, outcomes, success stories, the referral process, recognizing OCD themes, ERP, admission criteria, insurance acceptance, clinical outcomes, and Virtual IOP services.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with therapists, psychiatrists, mental health hospitals, treatment centers, pediatricians, primary care providers, OB/GYNs, and other key referral sources.
  • Deliver group educational presentations and facilitate one-on-one follow-ups with referral offices to express gratitude and strengthen relationships.
  • Manage and nurture relationships through consistent, timely communication with referral sources.
  • Multitask by typing notes while actively connecting with providers.
  • Achieve admissions goals by fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and driving patient referrals.
  • Follow up on referrals to support a smooth process and help providers navigate workflow barriers.
  • Document every interaction in Salesforce. If it was not documented, it did not happen.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of referral contacts and activities, including key information such as email addresses for marketing purposes.
  • Submit accurate and timely monthly expense reports.
  • Develop strategic outreach plans by state, including drip campaign content, high-value organization prioritization, call campaigns, and provider pipelines.
  • Focus on managing high-yield referral sources within the assigned territory.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for outreach activities and admissions, with clear action plans.
  • Prospect and engage with potential partners, including hospitals, inpatient facilities, and behavioral health providers.
  • Meet with key decision-makers to establish partnerships, understand their needs, and address barriers to treatment.
  • Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, and Regional Directors to coordinate outreach, drip campaigns, follow-up, and admissions activity.
  • Offer training and support to team members to enhance skill, consistency, and productivity.
