About The Position
Loadsmart is a growth-stage technology company valued at over $1 billion (a Tech Unicorn)! Our Digital Sales team is growing! We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative for our team! We are seeking a dedicated representative to support our digital sales team to support our outbound motions in our Dock & Yard SaaS Division.
Requirements
- 0–1+ years of sales or lead generation experience with a track record of hitting goals
- Strong communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills
- High energy self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership over learning and success
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Loadsmart will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
Responsibilities
- Research and prioritize target warehouse and distribution companies and their key decision-makers
- Engage senior executives through high-volume outbound (phone, email, social)
- Book qualified intro meetings for Account Executives
- Confidently communicate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions
- Develop SaaS sales skills with a clear path to a closing role
- Contribute to a high-performance, winning sales culture
- Help craft creative, compelling outbound messaging for ideal customers
