About The Position

We are looking for a driven, coachable Sales Development Representative to join GG Homes. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads. This role offers direct exposure to how a high-growth real estate company sources and builds its pipeline. No prior sales experience is required. If you bring the competitive drive and coachability, we will provide the tools, training, and opportunity for growth. This company invests in your development, promotes from within, and offers a front-row seat to the real estate business.

Requirements

  • Background in competitive sports, sales clubs, real estate societies, student organizations, or anything that shows you know how to push yourself
  • Recent grad or early in your career and ready to bet on yourself
  • Outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to people
  • Comfortable making cold calls and generating your own opportunities
  • You can take feedback, apply it, and improve fast
  • Organized and accountable — you own your results, good or bad

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to targeted prospect lists to generate new opportunities
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat — quickly and confidently
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timeline, and fit
  • Book and confirm appointments for our senior sales team
  • Build genuine rapport and guide prospects through the early stages of the process
  • Follow up consistently, turning "not yet" into a scheduled meeting
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets
