About The Position

PointOne is reinventing how law firms operate by building infrastructure for the legal industry, powering timekeeping and billing systems used by law firms and government agencies. Their AI timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. They are a Tier 1 venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of engineers (Google, Applied Intuition, Jane Street) and ex-attorneys. They have recently secured a Series A round and are experiencing rapid customer adoption, leading to the expansion of their Go-To-Market team to meet overwhelming demand. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, curious, and driven professional looking to start or grow their career in software sales, excited by technology, energized by connecting with people, and motivated by building something new from the ground up. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in enterprise or mid-market SaaS environments
  • A proactive, positive attitude—you’re not afraid to cold call good leads
  • Strong communication skills that resonate with both C-level executives and hands-on operators
  • A desire to move into a full-cycle sales role

  • Experience selling into professional services (legal, finance, consulting) or similarly complex verticals

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target law firm accounts
  • Reach out to prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns to generate qualified meetings
  • Educate prospects on how PointOne can drive revenue and law firm modernization
  • Represent PointOne at conferences
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
