Reporting to the Sales leadership team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in supporting pipeline development and sales execution at Wave Central, a leader in integrated wireless video and broadcast solutions. This role is responsible for qualifying leads, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial customer engagement through to order handoff and post-sale follow-up. This is a highly collaborative role where the SDR will work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Production. The position involves managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting the sales process to ensure opportunities progress efficiently through the pipeline. The role offers strong exposure to both the commercial and operational sides of the business, providing an opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of the sales lifecycle while contributing directly to business growth and customer satisfaction.
