Interface is looking for a founding Sales Development Representative who is scrappy, competitive, and obsessed with winning. We move fast, work hard, and build pipeline from zero. We want someone who challenges messaging, experiments relentlessly, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. You will be a hands-on GTM manager who has led high-performing SDR teams (120%+ avg quota) and helped SDRs earn AE promotions in under a year. You will get direct feedback, live deal exposure, and real coaching — not just scripts and dashboards. Results matter more than activity for activity’s sake. You will work remote as you'll be closer to our customers. Interface is the autonomous safety expert for the industrial world. We're building an expert that finds and fixes errors in industrial documentation; in the near future, we’ll do the same with digital twins. We’re creating an AI-powered auditing platform that fixes errors in regulatory documents, CAD files, and beyond. You’ll be working at the intersection of LLMs, computer vision, and data pipelines to automate compliance in industries where failure is not an option. Join our funded SF-based team working with global industrial partners. You’ll help create a product that industrial giants rely on to prevent accidents, save lives, and reshape how they operate.
