About The Position
RPG Squarefoot Solutions is seeking a Mid-Atlantic Technical Sales Representative to sell HP SitePrint, a robotic layout technology designed to assist construction teams in reducing labor, accelerating schedules, and minimizing rework. This hybrid role covers the Northern VA, DC, and MD region, requiring 30-50% travel. The position offers a base salary of $50K-$60K with uncapped commission, targeting an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $110K+.
Requirements
- Proven success in quota-carrying B2B sales.
- Ability to travel throughout the region.

- Construction tech, automation, or capital equipment experience preferred.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and own pipeline across the Mid-Atlantic territory.
- Prospect and sell to GCs, contractors, and AEC decision-makers.
- Lead discovery, demos, and ROI-driven sales conversations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
