Requirements

  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications and internet navigation.
  • A self-starter attitude with a competitive, goal-focused perspective.
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills, with a passion for planning, prioritizing, and goal setting.
  • An intrinsic motivation to improve every day through continuous development and training.
  • Professional persistence and the ability “think on your feet” to build rapport and compose compelling client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate interest and impactful client meetings, yielding a robust sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Follow up and qualify respondents from various marketing programs.
  • Drive quality outreach activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions.
  • Research institutions to identify influencers, decision makers, and business goals to position Cengage offerings.
  • Nurture and manage leads until they are sales-ready, providing your sales partners with qualified opportunities.
  • Track all activity in our CRM system to support account management teams.
