  • 4+ years in high-ticket or high-volume sales environments
  • Comfortable with high call volume and outbound prospecting
  • Resilient performers who embrace rejection and competition

Responsibilities

  • Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins’ world-class transformational events
  • Lead powerful discovery conversations with clients seeking breakthrough
  • Build emotional leverage and guide clients toward decisive action
  • Operate inside a high-performance outbound sales environment
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience while closing high-ticket offers
  • Track performance through KPIs and conversion metrics
  • 80–100+ outbound calls per day
  • Engage leads within the Robbins Research database
  • Develop referral pipelines from past clients
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline (Salesforce)
  • Operate with urgency, structure, and ownership of outcomes
