Mintago is the fastest-growing employee benefits platform in the UK, dedicated to helping businesses and their employees flourish financially. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be instrumental in building Mintago's pipeline. This role involves managing inbound leads and proactively generating outbound leads, with a focus on crafting valuable conversations and adding value at every touchpoint. You will be part of a driven SDR team, collaborating closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, with the shared goal of becoming a market leader in financial benefits for SMBs. We prioritize candidates with a minimum of 2 years in a B2B SDR or BDR role, demonstrable outbound experience, and a background in HR, benefits, FinTech, or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred. Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, early-stage environment is also highly valued.
