About The Position

As an SDR, you will identify new business opportunities through phone prospecting, LinkedIn, and email outreach. You'll engage with IT leaders, CTOs, and heads of IT departments to uncover opportunities by showcasing the value of our products and customer care services.

Responsibilities

  • Contact targeted new business accounts via proactive calling
  • Develop written messaging for various platforms, including email and social media
  • Leverage social media and online tools to personalize prospecting efforts
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Acquire and convey technical information about our products and target industries
  • Adhere to a defined sales and prospecting process while maintaining high productivity
  • Collaborate with to refine prospecting strategies and boost revenue generation
  • Achieve individual sales targets that contribute to overall team performance
  • Represent the company at global industry events
