We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to help fuel Bluefin’s next stage of growth by turning market interest into meaningful sales opportunities. In this role, you’ll own a blend of inbound follow-up and targeted outbound prospecting, engaging prospects across phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and marketing-generated campaigns to create qualified pipeline for the sales team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives on urgency, personalization, and persistence. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to prioritize the right accounts, craft compelling outreach, qualify prospects, and ensure every strong lead receives timely, thoughtful follow-up. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to cybersecurity, fintech, payments, and data security conversations while sharpening your sales skills through coaching, call shadowing, team feedback, and real-world selling opportunities. This role reports to the SVP, Marketing.
