We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power the top of our funnel and create opportunities for our sales team. You’ll be on the front lines—connecting with small business owners and multi-location operators, uncovering their challenges, and introducing them to a better way to manage their teams. This is a high-velocity, SMB-focused role where activity, curiosity, and consistency are key. You’ll engage prospects across calls, email, and social, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives. You’re not just booking meetings—you’re running thoughtful discovery, identifying real customer pain, and setting the foundation for successful sales conversations.
