The SDR will work closely with the Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth initiatives. The role involves identifying target accounts, making cold calls, and setting meetings with prospective targets. The representative will utilize the Aerotek 7 stages of the SOLVE model to target, engage, and service new and existing clients, aiming to increase sales and market share. Responsibilities include researching and building call sheets using tools like LinkedIn and Connected, identifying and developing customer relationships, completing Aerotek Account Manager Onboarding training, and generating leads. The role also involves maximizing profitability by negotiating bill rates and terms, building and maintaining client relationships by providing quality contractors, performing sales-related activities such as attending client meetings, and communicating account knowledge to team members. Collaboration with Account Managers and Directors for territory planning and workforce strategy is also a key aspect, along with generating, documenting, and tracking leads.
