About The Position

Time Doctor is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline for their upmarket sales team. This role utilizes an AI-powered outbound system that identifies companies within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) showing high intent. The SDR's primary function is to convert this interest into qualified meetings, expedite deal progression, and proactively engage high-value prospects through various communication channels. This position emphasizes a blend of human judgment and AI-driven efficiency, focusing on owning conversations and driving meaningful outcomes rather than just activity volume.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets
  • Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume calling
  • Excellent written communication skills (email and social selling)
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first environment

  • Experience selling into HR, IT, or Operations functions
  • Background in SaaS or workforce analytics technology

Responsibilities

  • Own the conversion of warm, AI-generated inbound and outbound responses into qualified meetings.
  • Ensure every lead is engaged and moved forward with urgency.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Execute structured daily call blocks targeting high-signal accounts, including engaged prospects, reactivated leads, existing customers, and closed-lost opportunities.
  • Use phone outreach as a primary channel to accelerate conversations and qualification.
  • Quickly assess prospect fit, identify buying intent, and secure meetings.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound replies with speed and relevance.
  • Maintain high conversion rates from conversation to booked meeting.
  • Actively participate in platforms where target buyers engage (e.g. LinkedIn, Reddit).
  • Build credibility, contribute to conversations, and surface new opportunities outside traditional outbound sequences.
  • Leverage AI-driven outbound systems that handle list building, segmentation, and initial outreach.
  • Focus on high-value human interactions — qualifying, converting, and advancing opportunities rather than manual prospecting tasks.
