About The Position

Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in back-office and customer service support for US-based businesses. We are building a talent pool of driven SDRs who can generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building.

Requirements

  • 2+ year SDR/BDR/Appointment Setter experience.
  • Excellent English.
  • CRM experience.
  • Outbound calling experience.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Strong communication.
  • Reliable internet.
  • Self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling B2B services.
  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience.
