MetalBear is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive pipeline growth and expand our reach across global markets. This is a great opportunity to join us as we scale in one of the most exciting early-stage startups in developer tooling. You’ll help shape our sales motion across the North American region, and directly influence how innovative tech companies ship code faster with mirrord — our open-source powered, production-grade platform. You’ll manage 100% of inbound leads while also building pipeline through outbound prospecting and automation-driven outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is sales-oriented and has an understanding of — or hands-on experience with — containers, Kubernetes, and/or the modern development lifecycle. You should be comfortable experimenting with tools, building data-driven workflows, and collaborating closely with AEs across North America.
