About The Position

We’re hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth across accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services verticals. This is not a basic appointment-setting role. You will own outbound prospecting, lead generation, discovery calls, pipeline management, follow-ups, and closing smaller deals independently. You’ll work closely with leadership and service delivery teams to move prospects from first contact through onboarding while helping grow revenue across key service-based industries. Target industries include Churches, E-commerce, Construction, Home services, Trucking, and Real Estate. If you understand accounting and financial services pain points, thrive in outbound sales environments, and can confidently manage conversations end-to-end, this role is a strong fit.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in Accounting services, Bookkeeping services, Financial services, or Professional services
  • Experience conducting discovery calls, sales presentations, and deal closing
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools including Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
  • Strong objection handling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into SMBs, Service-based businesses, or Accounting firms
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Digits, Accounting workflows, or Bookkeeping operations
  • Experience supporting or running Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or Lead generation campaigns
  • Understanding of Financial operations, Bookkeeping pain points, or Operational accounting workflows

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers across target verticals
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Directories, and Outbound prospecting tools
  • Research company pain points and tailor outreach messaging
  • Maintain organized lead and pipeline tracking systems
  • Execute outbound outreach across cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and social platforms
  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Follow up consistently to maintain pipeline momentum
  • Support inbound lead generation through basic paid campaigns such as Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
  • Optimize outreach messaging and response rates
  • Conduct discovery calls using frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, and SPIN
  • Identify client pain points and present tailored solutions
  • Run demos and walkthroughs using tools such as Digits, GoHighLevel, and Service presentation platforms
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Create proposals and close smaller deals independently
  • Coordinate onboarding handoff to service delivery teams
  • Maintain proactive follow-up cadences across all opportunities
  • Ensure no qualified lead is lost due to lack of communication
  • Update CRM systems with notes, activities, pipeline stages, and deal status
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility
  • Track outreach activity, conversion rates, pipeline growth, ad performance, and revenue contribution
  • Prepare weekly sales performance updates and reports
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness
