As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for researching companies that fit Boast’s ideal customer profile, identifying key decision-makers, and using multi-channel outbound outreach to secure qualified sales meetings. You’ll connect with senior leaders and executive stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, founders, finance leaders, and technical decision-makers, to understand their current processes, uncover potential business challenges, and introduce how Boast can help companies access eligible R&D tax credits with greater confidence and less administrative burden. This is a high-activity, outbound-focused role, but it is not about simply working through a call list. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your targets, use Boast’s sales tools and CRM effectively, adapt your messaging, and help create a strong handoff experience for the sales team. This role is a strong fit for someone early in their sales career who is coachable, resilient, curious, and motivated to build real outbound sales discipline in a complex and valuable market.
