As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, phone calls and sales chats from the Articulate website—answering questions, qualifying leads and passing opportunities and more complex questions to the appropriate Articulate team member. In addition to handling inbound leads, the Sales Development Representative will also perform scripted outbound sales activities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with tons of autonomy, love high-volume, and work well as part of a team that is laser-focused on providing an outstanding experience for Articulate prospects and customers. This is not a commissioned-based sales position.
