We’re looking for an SDR to help shape our outbound motion. Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in advertising or digital agency sales with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Consistent, proven track record of building client relationships through sales funnel.
  • A builder’s mindset — comfortable creating process where there isn’t one yet.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can connect the dots between product and impact.
  • Data-minded and comfortable experimenting to find what works.
  • Resourceful and adaptable. You're comfortable building and iterating sales processes from scratch, being proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, content, or creative SaaS products and how they drive customer outcomes.
  • Takes ownership end-to-end. You can design and execute outbound campaigns, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Analytical mindset. You can track metrics, interpret patterns, and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling. You're able to clearly articulate value and simplify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound lead generation — qualifying high intent customers at scale.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, experimenting where it makes sense.
  • Partner directly with our COO and Head of Sales on targeting and positioning.
  • Work closely with our Growth team to refine messaging and surface patterns from the field.
  • Develop a repeatable lead generation process — how we qualify and reach customers.
