About The Position

This role involves sourcing and running the first interactions with potential new enterprise clients, working closely in pods with senior sales team members to identify prospects, conduct discovery and demo sessions, and create sales momentum. The role requires an organized and strategic mind capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns across different industries. The SDR will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Pre-sales teams. Requirements

  • Around 1 years experience in a professional environment (experience on phone or public speaking preferred)
  • High ethical and moral standards and great at nourishing relationships
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English (ideally native German speaker)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience developing leads through targeted direct outreach and marketing campaigns
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to learn our subject matter fast
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to meet and exceed achievable targets
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience a plus
  • Outreach, SalesLoft or other Email Automation experience a plus
  • Find, qualify, and connect with potential customers using AI-driven insights, intent signals, and data enrichment on Zoominfo
  • Articulate and excellent follow up skills
  • Strong desire to move up in other sales functions
  • Interested in making a difference in the fight against crime

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in customer & prospect accounts
  • Contact 30+ prospects daily via email, Linkedin and other various forms of outreach.
  • Qualify pre-opportunities by identifying Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe.
  • Generate pipeline through marketing programs and coordinate meetings with Account Execs
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
