About The Position

eatOS POS Inc. is a cloud-based restaurant technology startup delivering end-to-end solutions that simplify operations, improve guest experience, reduce costs, and help restaurants engage their communities. We're building the future of restaurant management and our sales team is at the heart of that growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach to closing, and then transition customers into early success. You will use a consultative approach to introduce restaurants to eatOS and related SaaS products while building strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers. This role is ideal for someone who is self-starter goal-oriented, organized, resilient, and excited to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements

  • Sales experience with cold calling and local businesses canvassing preferred.
  • General computer and email proficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong conversational skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and value.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible under pressure.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to sell across multiple decision-making levels.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

  • Sales experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service industries (must include proven selling background, not just industry exposure).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls and in-person prospecting.
  • Educate prospects on eatOS and related SaaS offerings.
  • Adapt product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage post-sale customer onboarding for new clients.
  • Guide early-stage customers through product implementation and adoption.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement requests to product team.
  • Support customer success metrics and ensure positive outcomes during first 60 days.
