Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Resilience and persistence in a high-volume outreach environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and a coachable mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for company events, including air travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in music or performing arts
  • A background in music education, such as a former music instructor or studio administrator

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage potential clients and introduce Opus1 as an industry leading solution.
  • Maintain consistent, high-volume cold calling activity each day as the primary outbound prospecting strategy for generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
  • Evaluate the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for our platform, and qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and participate in strategy sessions to refine outreach approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives, ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively.
